Detailed Energy Audits
Prime Energy
Services will walk a facility to draft a detailed summary of existing
and proposed energy efficiency data. We represent our clients quietly
and confidentially; Prime Energy Services acts as the behind the
scenes expert feeding information to our clients.
- Prime Energy Services will go out to a facility and draft a room-by-room
summary of existing fixture types with energy consumed, existing
light levels, existing wattage readings, and room measurements. We
will then provide a proposed strategy for energy efficiency taking
into consideration the age of the building, age of the fixtures
and term of the potential contract.

audits offer our clients a way to harness our specific qualities
and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop efficient

Scoping Assessment
Prime Energy
Services will perform a site inspection of the existing mechanical
system to determine whether or not a more efficient system can
be installed at a feasible rate. The
savings must offset the cost to install the newer technologies.
We determine if a project is feasible; if it is we recommend getting
a letter of commitment from the customer and proceeding to a full
engineering study based on our recommendations.
Construction Supervision & Management

Energy Services offers supervision of installation for all energy
saving measures. Our project managers are experienced in Mechanical
systems, Lighting systems, Building Automation systems, as well as
general contracting.
