Phase 2 Summary:

-HVAC-Controls-Roof-

Prime Energy Services was subcontracted by Metro Energy Solutions and Essex Valley Healthcare's East Orange General Hospital for the installation of a new roof and HVAC system at the administration building located at 33 Evergreen Place, East Orange.

The demolition portion of the roof replacement started with removing a phenolic foam roof down to the base roof material (steel). The HVAC equipment and associated ductwork were also removed during the roof demolition. A new Firestone rubber membrane roof with a 10-year warranty was installed to replace the sprayed foam roof.

The installation of the new HVAC consisted of the following equipment; five (5) rooftop units, one (1) 30 ton unit, four (4) 25 ton units, twenty six (26) VAV units, five (5) VAV changeover controls, ten (10) VAV bypass controls, one (1) tracker ATC panel, with all required sensors and five (5) rooftop curbs.
