• # of Buildings:    28 buildings.
• 8,500 fixtures either replaced or retrofitted.
• Installed a 10,000 watt daylight harvesting system.

Mechanical/Water Conservation Summary:

• 95 heating zone control valves were installed.
• 120-ton chiller was installed in the Library.
• 10 new hot water and steam heating coils were installed. 
• Designed a new freeze protection system for the new coils.

  • 200 Efficient toilets
  • 150 Shower heads
  • 50 Flush-o-meters and faucet aerators
